Let's introduce ourselves and see if we'd be a good fit to work together. 30 minutes either in person or via zoom.
We'll review our last session, discuss progress, set goals, develop brief action plans (homework) and provide feedback for effective collaboration.
You'll take part in a Wellness Wheel Assessment to help you narrow down your focus for health coaching. This is especially helpful for those clients who want to work on multiple areas.
The most effective way to know where you're going on your journey is to envision what you will look like, feel like and act like when you have reached your health goals. This vision is your mission statement and can help keep you focused throughout the process.
Short-term and long-term goals will be developed early on with Brief Action Planning used to practice your new behavior or habit that will lead you towards achieving your goals.
I'm your partner on this journey and the first one you can count on to push you, encourage you and celebrate with you! Knowing you have someone you can trust on your team can help make the journey less daunting.
Life happens and can sometimes throw us for a loop. I'll be available between sessions to answer any questions, help you through a setback or just be there for support.
